Transformational Breathwork

Also known as Circular Breathwork or Somatic Breathwork, this practice helps regulate natural biological rhythms by indirectly stimulating the Vagus Nerve through continuously breathing deep, deliberate breaths from the belly.

Physical

Deep, intentional breathing can aid in strengthening the lungs, eliminating chronic pain, releasing toxins from the body, helping improve digestion, sleep quality and circulation, increase energy levels, stimulate the nervous system, oxygenate the blood, and boost the immune system.

Emotional

Focusing on and practicing the Transformational Breathwork technique can relieve anxiety and depression, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance and harmony. In addition, breathwork aids in releasing stuck or long held beliefs and emotions while increasing self-love.

Mental

During Transformational Breathwork the pre-frontal cortex, or "inner-critic" is shut off, enabling release of traumas and fears while also increasing self-awareness and self-confidence. People naturally fear the unknown, and breathwork forces you to face it and push through it to achieve a massive transformational shift.

Spiritual

During Breathwork you can experience altered states of consciousness, consciously. You  can tap into and explore the depths of your entire being while feeling connected to your Source and all living things simultaneously. Breathwork opens the Heart Center and promotes an overall sense of Gratitude.
